1. Service Description
Premium Slots operates as a shared-access marketplace. By purchasing a "slot," you are renting authorized, partial access to a digital subscription account for a specified duration (typically 30 days). You do not own the underlying account.
2. Zero-Tolerance Acceptable Use Policy
Because accounts are shared amongst multiple customers, strict adherence to the following rules is mandatory. Violation of any rule below will result in an immediate, permanent ban with no refund:
- Do Not Alter Account Details: You may never change the account password, email, or billing information.
- One Slot = One Device: You are strictly prohibited from sharing your assigned credentials with friends, family, or secondary devices.
- Respect Profile Boundaries: Do not modify, delete, or use profiles belonging to other users (e.g., Netflix profiles). Only use the specific profile assigned to you.
3. Payments and Fulfillment
All transactions are processed manually via M-PESA. Access is granted only after administrative verification of your submitted transaction code. Submitting fraudulent, used, or fake M-PESA codes is grounds for an immediate platform ban.
4. Renewals
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will receive a reminder email prior to expiration. To maintain uninterrupted access, you must submit a new payment and request via your dashboard before the expiry date.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the provided credentials, all sales are final once your request has been approved and the credentials have been delivered to your dashboard. Refunds are only issued if a provided service experiences an outage and our support team cannot provide a working replacement account within 48 hours.
6. Platform Rights
Premium Slots reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or revoke subscription access at any time if we suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms of Service.
